  The older guy who works here is completly rude, im disgusted with how i was treated here today. During a previous visit i had requested no bones only to return home and but it through my meat grinder to find bomed and nearly ruined the machine. I called and made a complaint so he was aware of his mistake. I return today to have him acuse me of being in the wrong and actually try fight me in front of other customers about what had happened.

  I thought i would give a small business a go. The butcher, Trevor, is very friendly. The meat was edible enough but too expensive for my liking. I buy on average $140 of meat per week and can save a decent amount by travelling 10 minutes to Ingleburn for far cheaper meat of equivalent or better quality. I would be willing to pay a bit more if the quality was A1 but it isn't.

  Out of convenience, I have bought some meat since the last post but I won't go back now.
  I, as well as quite a number of others, was witness to his delivery driver telling a lady with a kid in a wheelchair to "go f#$k yourself" because she had a go at him for blocking the only wheelchair access ramp right next to the disabled parking spot. Downright disgusting.
  I can relate to this issue as I too, have a child in a chair.
  If his company name was in the side of the truck I would have put in a formal complaint. I felt so sorry for the lady who was wrestling a boy in a chair to get up the gutter. By the time I got to her to help she had it sorted.
  I shook my head at the driver when I walked past only to get an evil look.
  I know its not the butchers fault but I am pretty certain he would have heard (the whole shopping centre did) and didn't seem phased.
  They should organise delivery earlier. He is open quite early and at 6am the carpark is empty. There is an actual loading dock that does not get used.

  Excellent quality here and great service. They cook their own ham yum.
  
  They go out of the way to give you what you want.
  
  I go fir the bbq steak bone in and its delicious.

  YOU WON'T GET BETTER SMOKED HAM OR BACON! I'M SO HAPPY BUYING T BONES, PORK LOIN CHOPS AND MARINATED LAMB HERE TOO. I THINK I PAY A LITTLE EXTRA , BUT I BELIEVE IF I'M GOING TO HAVE HIGHER QUALITY MEAT, I HAVE TO PAY.SERVICE GOOD TOO. THANKS RUSE BUTCHERY!
