  I have been going to this place for years to get my tax return done and have never had a problem until this last financial year. I had taken all of my paperwork in as usual only to get a phone call about a month later saying that i had not taken everything in and i was 1 statement short which was not the case. I was accused of not having everything when i KNOW it was all there and could prove it as it was all together with my original taxation file. I was then advised that they were not going to charge me for the adjustment but to be more careful next time. When i advised that all the paperwork WAS there the receptionist got quite rude and defensive saying that they werent going to charge me anyway which is NOT the point. I told them to go ahead and do the adjustment.
  Now MONTHS later when i thought it was all fixed i receive a letter in the mail saying that this STILL has not been fixed after being assured that this was. Not only that, that because of THEIR mistake that i may have to pay a shortfall fee for something that i would not have to pay if they had done their job right in the 1st place.
  They charge $130 to get your tax done and for it NOT to be done properly or fixed when they have made a mistake - not that they admitted they had - and then NOT following through to fix it is a joke.
  I'm taking my business elsewhere this next financial year.
